Equipment for Atyrau Thermal Power Plant

In June 2023, the technical service of JSC SUZMK-Engineering visited Atyrau (Kazakhstan) to inspect the existing equipment at JSC ATYRAU THERMAL POWER CENTER.
Based on the results of a detailed inspection, thermal hydraulic calculations were developed and alternative optimized design solutions were proposed for worn-out equipment with an expired service life. When developing high-pressure heaters, all the wishes of the operating services, as well as the nuances of the operation of existing devices, installation and connection dimensions, were taken into account.
In July, as part of an investment project to upgrade the CHPP equipment, contracts were concluded for the manufacture and supply of high-pressure heaters of the PV-140, PV-180 type, as well as modernized valves of a quick-acting protective device.
Currently, the working design documentation is being developed.
